People use to train the upper body but forget to exercise the feet. One may also ignore the parts of the body which has accumulated weight. If the feet is tired then people can't perform work due to pain.

1. Toe Pressing

You can grip the floor using toes and bend the knees. This position is meant for 3 seconds. You can repeat this position for 10 times.

2. Toe Walking

Toe Walking

You can walk on the toes and strengthen the muscles. This can be done for 20-30 second. You can perform it for 5-6 times when you take rest.
