Most of the fitness freaks who hit the gym like to have big arms. After all having arm boost your personality and make you look powerful. So, what is the right mantra to get those big arms?

1. Biceps – Dumbbell Curls
Dumbbell curls are one of the most favorite exercises among gym goers. It is very helpful for building biceps. Follow these steps for the exercise.
- Take a hold on on dumbbell as shown in above picture.
- Bring it up while concentrating on keeping the arms stable and using only your biceps.
- For this exercise, make sure you perform at least 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions.
Note: You can do this exercise either by standing up or sitting down.
