When everybody is fast sleep then you are awake and enjoy the silence of the world. There are people who don't mind having sleepless nights. But, what happens to their body if they are sleep less.

Lack of Alertness

If you are awake in night then it may be possible that you will be less alert to perform daily household chores.

Impaired Memory

It is difficult to remember important stuff with a normal sleep. But, if you don't sleep enough then you will have a hard time of remembering things and have all sorts of blurred thoughts and memory.

Irritated Behaviour

If you don't take enough rest then you may become irritated easily. Even the smallest of mishap can make you very irritated.
